Delivery & Returns

Delivery
Orders can only be accepted for delivery to a UK address.
Delivery will be made by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will be charged at £6.20 per order. Please ensure you are available to sign for your parcel as this cannot be left without a signature. In the event you are not available to receive your delivery please follow the instructions left on the card by the Post Office to arrange a revised delivery.
Despatch will normally be made within 24 hours of acceptance of order but orders placed during a weekend or Bank Holiday will only be processed on the next working day.

Returns
You may cancel your order at any time prior to despatch and up to 14 days of purchase subject to the following conditions :-
Cancellation must be made by email to prakticadirect@praktica-uk.com. We regret we cannot accept cancellation by telephone or fax. If you choose to cancel your order after the goods have been despatched, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to ourselves and therefore we would recommend you return via a secure delivery method e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery. We regret we are unable to refund the original delivery charge unless the item is received faulty, damaged or the incorrect item has been supplied.
All product returned must be complete with all accessory items, instructions, packaging etc. and must be unused in brand new condition. When returning product please ensure you quote your name, address, telephone number, email address and the order number (stated on the invoice) and the reason for return.

Damaged or Defective Goods
Any item received in a damaged or defective condition may be returned for exchange within 14 days of purchase. Carriage for items found to be faulty or defective will be refunded and the item exchanged. Should we find the item to be in perfect working order or undamaged no refund of carriage will be made.
Should the item become faulty after expiry of the 14 days please return the item to Praktica (UK) Ltd. with proof of purchase and the item will be exchanged under the terms of the guarantee.

Should your order fail to arrive within 5 days of our confirming the order please email prakticadirect@praktica-uk.com enabling us to resolve the matter as quickly
as possible
